This was an order for 50 pieces of the same design. I am incredibly happy with how these turned out! very helpful customer service, and flexible. They were able to add design elements for me to translate it better to an enamel pin. They worked with me on picking the right Pantone colors. They updated me through every step, including pictures of the finished item before shipping. Order from start to finish took about a month and a half, which is common for this type of item. Shipping was smooth and items were packed well. The pins are great; slightly bigger than I realized they would be, but that was from my choice of sizing. Very high quality overall, I only found 4 "b-grade" level items --which out of 53 total is great, and they're not even that noticeable, I'm just being a perfectionist about it, haha. Colors are perfect. I am satisfied with this order and will definitely use this company again for future orders! :-)
